Wrote the Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) Order and 5 associated implementing Guides, and the Deactivation Handbook. Developed POWERtool estimating software.
1999: Richland Office Opened
2003: Jack DeVine named Chief Closure Officer at Savannah River Site
