Welcome New Employee – Lanette Adams

Lanette has over 35 years of experience in the government and commercial industries. In her 30 years at the DOE Hanford Site, Lanette managed several operations projects and functional programs. Most recently, she directed Integrated Safety Management System, Voluntary Protection Program, and safety culture activities that aligned with contractual requirements and DOE key performance initiatives. Lanette is a safety culture subject matter expert and has assisted other Hanford contractors perform safety culture/Safety Conscious Work Environment assessments, contributed to the DOE National Training Center’s development of safety culture training for delivery to DOE Field Offices and subcontractors, and actively participated on the ISMS/Safety Culture Energy Facility Contractors’ Operations Group that developed guidance documents for use across the DOE Complex. Additionally, she is a certified trainer for the DOE TLP-150, Safety Culture for Front Line Leaders course.

Lanette has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Washington State University. GO COUGS!!!!
